Great product and def worth the price. It does take a 7-8 hours to construct, but easy to assemble.

the safety netting features were not in box. Contacted amazon for support, they gave me a bogus email address and phone number to contact manufacturer. Amazon suggests shipping item back if it is missing parts (not an easy task on a swingset that weighs 100's of pounds and coms in two boxes). We had to make our own safety netting to keep the kids safe. Swingset itself is nice, however if there is no customer support and they disregard safety features. Paying this much, one would think customer service would be paramount.

My grandchildren especially loved the swinging disk. All 3 of them fit on it at the same time. The tunnel is so cool. Great value for the cost. Need at least two for assembly. Quality is awesome.

Overall, not a bad swing set and kids love it. I put it together by myself and it wasn’t hard. Only thing that was frustrating was I was missing the protective nets, some parts were mislabeled and some screws were missing while there were extra screws that weren’t needed. I made it work with what I had, but once put together it’s great

I really wanted to give this 5 stars, however, some parts were missing and the where the tunnel connects to the structure isn’t sized right so you can’t tighten it all the way.I included pictures where the bolts are super exposed on the tunnel, the circles for the tunnel either need to be larger or the frame smaller I suppose.Also, it’s suppose to coke with 2 safety nets that go opposite the tunnel entrances on the platforms, but those were missing.Overall though, the kids are having a lot of fun on it and the instructions were SUPER easy to follow. It took my husband and I 2 days to put it together purely because it was too hot outside to do it in 1.

Directions didn’t make much sense, missing parts and bolts had to fabricate a few things and buy extra hardware

I set this up by myself. It was tough, but not as tough as I thought it was going to be, which was a relief. It is very sturdy and the kids absolutely love it, and make sure to buy an anchoring kit along with it because even four or five-year-old toddlers swinging will cause it to lift up.
