It doesn't have the softness and meltability of slice cheese. It breaks when you try to take one slice out. And it tastes like cardboard leaving a slightly bitter taste in the mouth.

Great taste. Make a vegan variant of a malai kofta & used crumbled cheese as the filling. The cheese melted nicely. It handled like regular dairy mozzarella. Worth the buy!
