I love these pans
*Read all the way through, as my doubts were not warranted*So, initially out of the box I was very skeptical, since they felt very flimsy and light, but I gave them a try. The packaging and potential instructions are not in English, so I just went for it and started using them. Not sure how you'd bake a cheesecake in this pan, as the bottom is not detachable as with a traditional cheesecake pan, but I don't use it for that and it isn't a matter for me. I have used it for cornbread, biscuits, cakes, brownies, and a few other baked goods, and let me tell you, it works amazingly. The bake is very even and consistent, and releases your baked goods completely with just a little grease of butter. The copper lining seems to be of good quality and hasn't scratched yet. They clean well, and I'm not sure if they are dishwasher safe or not (again, the instructions were not in English) but they seem to do well if machine or handwashed. I use these any chance I get. The oval shape is a little odd, but once you get used to it, it doesn't really matter. They bake well, and everything I've used it for has turned out amazing.

Cheesecake pans
I really like this cheesecake set of pans as it comes with two pans and usually when I make a cheesecake I pretty much always make at least two at a time for my large family. I also like the inside coating on these cheesecake pans. I made several cheesecakes last week and they came out very easily without sticking to the sides and bottom of these pans. This is a nice shape for a cheesecake pan to be, being the oval shape that it is. They are a good size for a smaller sized cheesecake pan.

Shapes come out nicely
I love these chiffon pans because they're the perfect size to make individual desserts! Everything has baked evenly so far and comes out easily. I do still lightly grease the pans to make sure I don't deal with anything sticking to the sides. The little cakes look amazing and present all kinds of decorating opportunities. The pans are very light weight and don't take up a lot of space. Handwash recommended.

Great value
I ordered the set of tart pans and I'm really pleased with what I received. The pans all have bottoms that separate in order to let the crust out easily. The metal IS thin but also well oiled to feel nonstick. I haven't had the occasion to cook tarts yet but I've done so many times and I see no issues with these pans. If you are not accustomed to cooking with thinner metal pans, that's certainly something to keep in mind, but that's not an issue for most people. I would def recommend these for the value of the price point and the number of pans you receive.

Great for baking buns for hotdogs or bratwursts
The bake up buns sized for bratwurst or hotdogs. The buns are longer than short hotdogs, but perfect for "bun length" types, or most bun sized sausages. If you lie top-loading hot dog buns, these are shaped perfectly for being those. When top sliced, they have a flat bottom that sits on a plate without tipping. I used a fairly sticky bread dough that I kind of formed into the pan, without any oil or flour applied to the inside. The buns popped right out, without sticking. Cleanup is very easy, since nothing really sticks to the inside of the pans. I'll likely order a few more packs of these so I can make a bunch of the buns at once. For an interesting treat, you can wrap a hotdog in croissant dough, and stick them in these pans. They come out looking perfectly shaped. For uniform hotdog buns, these pans are nice to have.

Not Actual Size
If these were just 25% larger, they would be the size of an average banana.Too bad.I also don't like that "banana" is molded into the bottom of the form. It's pretty obvious what it is.The hot dog mold doesn't have "hot dog" molded into the bottom of the form.

Light and Functional
It looks like a tin with gold paint, but works pretty well for how light it is. I was afraid this would scorch my banana bread with how thin and light it felt. The bread turned out great, though. I didn't have any issues with sticking more than my bread usually does. I do grease the sides with butter. It wasn't a completely clean release, but it wasn't an "I have to put my loaf back together" mess, either. The oval pan is small enough to make "loaves" in that are good for 3-4 people. I wanted to order the "banana" shaped ones to make smaller-sized servings, but I accidentally selected the oval pans instead. My fault. Bad idea to shop on your phone. It doesn't always show me the correct details. I probably won't use these often for banana bread, unless I'm pressed for time and don't have enough of my pans to finish my regular triple batch. I have several small "loaf" pans that I use already, but the test run was promising and I might try and see what else I would like to make in this oval pair of pans.

Scratched, Dirty & Dented :(
I’m all for second hand when I expect it, but not when ordering a new product. All four pans came scratched,...
