Ulefone X13... This is my second Ulefone, and an extremely nice piece of equipment. Heavy duty, feels rugged, and has quite a nice camera as well. It's like the Toughbook of phones. The night-vision camera is a nice feature, and the screen brightness is fantastic... can see it in bright sunlight. Was time for an upgrade, and needed a phone that had Voice over wifi calling. Works perfectly... note, if you are using wifi calling with T-Mobile or Mint Mobile, your wifi router cannot be running a VPN. I had to set up a separate router to bypass the vpn for this purpose, but this is a factor of the carrier, not the phone. The phone comes with a screen protector, so no need to buy screen protectors in addition to the phone. UPDATE: Summer at customer service was wonderful, and sent a replacement (see below) for the phone that had the touchscreen fail. New phone arrived quickly and works perfectly. Would absolutely recommend. EDIT: Well, couple things... there's actually some bloatware that I cannot get rid of, but I can disable most if it. Also, in the last week it has started to glitch, and frequently it seems as if the touchscreen just stops working. Have done a hard reset twice, and still does this. Starts up fine, but trying to swipe up to access the pin nothing happens. Fortunately had an older Armor X5 that still works perfectly, so I'm using that for now. Have reached out to Ulefone service and support, and awaiting a response for repair or preferably replacement. Bought a second one for a relative and so far no issues. Hoping to be able to recommend...

I got this for rugged use in an outdoor environment overseas. It is a heavy phone with a bigger screen than I had on my previous phone, and I am very satisfied with the battery life, great camera quality, and the usefulness of the fingerprint reader. It also did a good job of transferring and incorporating most information from my old phone--I had to figure out the local APN settings to configure the data connection to work as seamlessly as my old phone did, but that works very well. I love the water-resistance and it has already dropped on its face with no damage. At first, I was disappointed that there were 6 blue lines down the screen which indicate that the pixels beneath them are not working and there has been some fault in manufacture or shipping. I was able to use it, but I was worried that there was an issue that would get worse. However, I contacted customer support and they were very responsive and are replacing the phone. Without reservation, I am very satisfied with both the quality of the phone and the customer service.

This phone is tough, dependable, large screen and great cameras. The battery lasts 2 full days with heavy use and is much slimmer than my last Armor X11. All the extra features are awesome - the Outdoor toolbox app, the Night vision and underwater video capabilities, etc. Biggest drawback preventing a 5 star rating? All the pre-installed useless apps and Google's stranglehold on Android phones with forced "permissions" I detest as I value privacy as much as security. A truly "unlocked" phone would allow users to build their own system beginning with the choice of OS and System applications.

Breaks down in less than a month, cheap do not buy. Bought over 10 for my business and it was a loss

Pros: This one really impressed me, and that's hard. I pretty much only buy "cheap" phones now that most cost $1500 and are made of glass, which is a ridiculous scam (Samsung.) And I usually get what I pay for and they don't last long, because even the cheap ones are made of glass. This one is not! It comes with a built in durable shock absorbing case and screen protector. The battery far surpasses any other new phone I've purchased. It has all the standard conveniences plus a few extras. It's waterproof and can not only take underwater video, but it has a specialized underwater camera app that understands the different needs of underwater video. Con: There are some questionable system apps, (not necessarily bad, but I couldn't determine what exactly they did or why they did it,) so I recommend rooting so you can remove the bloatware, which was SUPER EASY! They don't put up a fight about unlocking the bootloader like so many phones sold in the US, (because SAMSUNG likes their bloatware/spyware on your phone.)

This is an awesome phone, I didn't expect the night vision to work as good as it does but man it's Kool. "In bathroom with lights off and towel under door," You can see everything. Have always liked the ulephone brand. This one however has been my favorite. Huge screen, great battery life, built on case and comes with a screen protector already on it as well as a backup. Totally worth the money if you're rough with your phone like I am. Waterproof hasn't been tested yet but again they make a good phone so not worried as my last one was waterproof. Really like it! I wanted it for it's night vision capabilities, and it seems to deliver in that area! It's only 4g, but still a really nice and useful phone. I've tested it's abilities for making calls, and my wife says it's easy to hear me over it. I'm on a data limited plan, right now, but the phone seems to play videos flawlessly, so I'm happy with that. All in all, a very nice phone for my needs!

Needed a 5G phone it held up since I bought it a while back. Camera quality is ok at best. But it's been thoroughly tested it holds up to the tough phon grade.

This is an amazing phone. When I first received it, I was impressed with the packaging. When I opened it, I was amazed at the style and rugged quality of this phone - at any price point. It's fast, it's smart and offers many apps. I got mine up an running very quickly and ditched my Samsung Galaxy. I highly recommend the Armour X13. It's the right decision.

Great value, solid, customizable. Comes with all accessories and a good warranty in a fresh design package box. Performance is correct, not less or more. Data cable transfer is basic speed USB-2.0. It's an amazing purchase at this price to be honest. Nightvision works A1, embedded underwater camera functions and modes too with a PTT button and app. dual 4G LTE wireless data SIMs in a drawer that can be opened with your fingertip (no pin clip required) secured behind a water proof silicon plug cover. User friendly fly around experience. Buy without worries.

Lags, is slower than advertised hardware, camera doesn't focus properly, camera makes audible clicking sounds, screen is unresponsive sometimes, battery drains too fast for capacity, not as advertised. Please be careful with this product. I doubt Ulefone will fix the issue, just one of those send it to us cases and you pay shipping or they want your device back and your data is no longer secure. **UPDATE** Power button stopped working and the casing around the phone is peeling off. I take care of my products and it has never been submerged in water, dropped, there is no damage to the screen but yet the screen is unresponsibe sometimes. If you try to swipe up to enter your passcode you can't it flickers over and over again ensuring it you can't just get to the dock, you have to try over and over again for it to work. Then when attempting to turn the screen off or on with the power button it doesn't work properly. I reached out to ULEFONE and they have not responded after days of waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.

Timing and speed was very fast, next day order arrival in which much appreciated however product seems to have come damaged with a 3 way split yet faint crack aHcross the top to bottom screen. Assumed it's from being shipped from whereever to me being the case it does happen at times. HOWEVER! To give a fair review I have tested out the phone prior to return shipping just to see what I'm in for with a phone from this company!! Outter physical Hardware wise: (aside from cracked screen) it is a well built phone. It's got rubber cover seals over every connection port for underwater purpose for photo taking and liquid prevention which makes it a great feature opposed to other phones. To keep them intact you must be delicate and they are indeed difficult without nails to unplug for anything to plug in. The phone is a bit heavier then most but that isn't a big deal for me although if dropped could be the risk to broken screens regardless of casing (apparently, my own opinionated experience), the phone has rubber seal along frame of phone on back and sides which provide a comfortable grip in hand and more slip proof feature which also I like! Built-in case, frame, and quality 4/5. ... 5/5 would need to be completely rubber on sides and back of frame Security: 2/5 I rate that because the phone seems secure (aside from lack of security and firmware updates; latest android release is android 14 from 2024) however there doesn't seem to be any modded or custom roms and recoverys available for public download as far as my knowledge extends which defeats purpose of unlocking bootloader or OEM in developing options which makes it a steal for someone to simply factory reset phone regardless of Google lock. To me that is a big plus and offers me a solid understanding that if this phone is stolen it is a useless brick for the next person which in my case my last phone being a pixel and someone stole it and erased it and reset it as I had those options enabled! So I rate 2 out of 5 but I'd rate 5 if there were more consistent security and firmware updates produced by androids OEM and I did read this phone can be rooted with online guides which also interferes with my view of stable security Finally overall software based rating 3/5.. there is exceptional customization and the phone seems to comply with every app I've installed with no issues although no heavy gaming or anything. However in terms of browsing, short videos, and security camera it seems to be great and their are actually quite. A bit more options that are handy in settings than the average android os which I found greatly convenient and surprising as I've never seen those options in android before. Sound and display: display isn't as bad as some older Alcatel phones I've used as it's 90hertz but it is only lcd so colours are more doll as they blend then vibrant to say the lease, almost a faded looking display type eve. With bright colours 3/5 Sound is alright it's nothing excessively loud but it doesn't sound bad. Neither too much highs nor too much lows I'd say mediocre. 4/5 Performance and storage: definitely on the slower side even compared to an old Galaxy s6 or s7 in 2025 lol...it's quite significant but it's manageable and for me not a big deal overall. I've noticed a couple short glitches when changing open apps and fingerprint and certain inconsistent touches at times more often then not I'd say which again does not really bother me. Overall I'd give a best 3/5 overall but indeed I do like the phone as it seems and the battery life as far as I've used it seems like it lasts quite some time as opposed to any other phone I've had my last one being a pixel 6 and this phone blow it out the way ten fold the battery probably last like 1.5 days with usage. However it seems with this screen being broken upon arrival I'd suggest keeping it in a case although it really throws me off as they indicate they are most solid strongest durable rugged type of smartphone yet mine came with broken lcd... Id consider buying a phone from this company that's aittle more invested into their hardware and performance tbh maybe the next higher up Jlefones are better, as I'm aware this is their most basic phone which is overqll satisfying at least for me. Just wonder what's going to happen from here on sending it back as I'm paying 40$ a month for 6 months... Overall pricing seemz a little over expensive in my opinion.
