I find it difficult to get three (3 for a serving size) of these down. The gel capsule is larger than most. And worst of all you need to take 3. I have had better / easier ways including liquids and gummies to get these supplements in. I will say I have been taking this type of supplement for a very long time and I do like taking it. I can taste the ginger and turmeric on these capsules. So if that is an issue for you, you may want to look elsewhere or make sure you take with flavored liquid. You get 80 servings - 240 pills. I counted them because the label is confusing saying “servings per container: 80 veggie capsules “. It’s 80 servings of 3.

The product arrived quickly. The formulation looks to be top quality. They smell and look about the same as the ones that I have been using. They should work as will or better than other curcumin products.
