Works ok, but odd design
For the price works ok. Lights are not very effective. Biggest complaint is the odd size and orientation of the base. It will fit an 8.5 x 11" paper, sidewsys, but if you try too move it to focus on a part of the page, it hits the lights so there's no room. If you turn it 90 degrees, the cameras in the wrong position and it hangs off the front. Odd design.

Garbage. It claims to be able to connect to a computer. Came with instructions that make no sense. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headache: Don't buy this product.

Excellent Customer Service
I am an employed at a university in Texas and we have the LV-7000 Doc Cam. Someone in our department misplaced the power cord and they promptly sent me a replacement at no cost. I was very impressed with Longjoy's customer service.
