I have always used Allison dried active yeast and always had good results and no problems. l make 2 to 3 400grm loaves a week.Read reviews on this yeast thought I would give it ago, well the results, I am a convert, better across the board plus it works out cheaper, if it was more expensive I would have still buy.If I was unable to buy this yeast for whatever reason I would buy the Allinson’s without hesitation.

This is a great yeast for bread baking. I made a keto loaf of bread today, using my breadmaker, and this yeast. Best rise ever!It’s a huge packet of yeast, so keep it in the fridge, then bring to room temperature before using and it will last ages!

I like this yeast because you get a good rise on your bread it lasts me 12 months. I keep it in the fridge once opened.

Bought another brand of instant yeast off Amazon to make bread was 50g ran out went to buy more seen this one 10 times more but twice as much cost wise as the last one. Just exactly as the first one I bought but get more bread for less money
