These are actually helping me sleep too deeply when I need to get up and put firewood on every 4 hours so I might drink half a bottle per night or none if it's really cold. The tastes of the Chai is an awesome taste.

My husband and I have a hard time falling asleep at a decent time. This stuff will kick in in about a half hour after drinking. We drink it with almond milk or water.

So to start I’ll say anything that anyone says “works” when it comes to these types of supplements is largely anecdotal, i would recommend trying the product for a couple days maybe borrowing some from a friend. Additionally this will not fix poor sleep hygiene, if you have sleep issues start with improving your sleeping conditions. If you have and your focus is on getting asleep quickly, relaxing and recovery then this product might be a solid choice. For myself i take it with warmed whole milk and mix it with that. While whole milk does have some inflammatory properties I think the proteins and fats with no added sugars helps me mellow out and recover. This really hits that hot chocolate vibe but with a increase in nutritional density to help the body recover. Personally I feel like this product has done well in putting me to sleep very quickly. Biggest downsides is that it hasn't been effectively lab tested so much of it could be placebo, the powder is a pain to actually mix it prefers to clump up and as far as non sleep performance increases I cant say I’ve seen anything significant.TLDR: I like it, not a lot of science behind it, practice good sleep hygiene first.

My husband has been using Slumber for many years and the cocoa is his favorite of all their flavors. It’s like having a cup of hot chocolate that has added benefits. Yum!

I bought this reading carefully believing it was individual servings for stockings and giving! It’s not and not returnable!Update: the company had superior customer service and made it right.

I added it to a glass of cold milk. Didn't dissolve all the way but the flavor isn't terrible so it was bearable. Fell asleep within 30 minutes of taking it. Recommend.

I like the cider flavor and it helps me calm down and get sleepy at night!

I think this stuff tastes horrible. It’s kind of like hot chocolate mixed with a handful of dust, some dirty bandaids and fake sugar. Made me gag the first time I tried it. I will say, tho, I think it actually works. I added in some Dutch processed cocoa to make it a little less gross and a little more tolerable.
