Defective right out of the box
When I turn it on, it wouldn’t go past the Anbernic screen. Didn’t matter how many times I tried to reset it and turn it off and on. Had to return it.

Just got it out of the box: stuck at the initial logo. I checked reviews and I wished I had read them before. This was one of my daughter's birthday presents..I'm so upset. Imagine her face now. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM!

Initial menu/OS was confusing and convoluted. Found a guide on the internet to install GarlicOS and just added the games I wanted and since then it is a joy to use from a software/interface standpoint. My hands got a little sore after a while so ergonomically not the best for entended use but otherwise it's a fantastic value bit of kit for playing retro games.

اشتغلت لمدة ثواني فقط عنده وصولها قمت بتجربتها للتأكد منها ثم خبأتها لتأتي الفرصه لمفاجأة ابنتي مع الاسف فرحت بها جدا بقط الشاشه تضيأ وتنطفى مره اخره تحولت من فرحه الى حزن لها

Just like everyone else has said. Won’t go past the load screen. Has a great range of games for the two hours it worked. Bought the other version from the website but has way less games.
