Q: Is this marker useful for imprimting name on clothimg and hats, etc?

it is washable when cleaned and hardened when dried so would work on hats but not on other clothing items

Q: Would this work for covering up a small bleached spot on fabric?

I used an orange marker on a bleach spot about the size of a nickel, and it was to dark for the fabric even though they looked the same shade. I would think if it were a little dot, it would do the trick. I tried to dye the cotton top, but it still showed the colored spot. Good luck.

Q: Would this color in where a dog scratched the fabric off the seat in the car?

It may come out when washed but this would probably do the trick for covering cosmetic blemishes.

Q: Would this work to draw strips on a shirt/pants for a cosplay? Just down the top of the sleeves and sides of the pants?

It would probably bleed unless you did something to prevent that from happening. This is basically liquid fabric dye in marker form so it spreads to even itself out a lot.
