Was as good as the original and was easy to install and fixed the water leak.

I picked up the Beech Lane Upgraded Water Valve to replace the stock valve on my Dometic, and the value for money is immediately apparent. Dealing with a leaking toilet in a travel trailer is a nightmare, and this kit is a high-quality solution at a very fair price. The quality of this valve feels great to the original equipment; the plastic is sturdy and the internal seals appear robust. In terms of Size, it is a perfect direct-fit replacement for the 385311641 part, meaning there were no issues with it fitting into the tight housing on the 310 series. It provides a crisp, clean flush with a strong water flow and, most importantly, a tight shut-off. Minimal tools needed. i am a mechanic by trade so i did not see anything overly complicated to the replacement.

This is a product that either works or doesn't. In this case, it does. At this point, I can't see the difference between the OEM and this product other than price. This product works with my Dometic toilet in my travel trailer and was easily replaced. Essentially it's a hose clamp, screw, and then push clips on the product to remove, then reverse the steps. The hardest part for me was the access to the valve, which was very close to a wall. Most will not have this issue. Overall, I would recommend due to value. At this price point, I'm thinking of keeping a spare one since these are so inexpensive. As an RV'er, having spare parts on-hand prevents distractions from your trip.

Just go ahead and change the quantity to two or three right off the bat. I purchased one to replace the original OEM and it only lasted a few trips. I purchased two the second time I purchased and was glad to have a spare when the second one failed less than a year later. It’s nice they are cheap, and fairly easy to install. Our camper didn’t have a shut off valve for the toilet, so I learned another valuable lesson and i stalled one of those last time as well. I now will keep an extra water valve on hand at all times and I recommend you do the same. The OEM ones for a lot more aren’t any better so may as well buy a couple cheap ones like this.

As someone who hates DIY repairs, especially when it comes to my RV toilet, I can say this Beech Lane replacement valve made the process a lot less frustrating. It’s designed to fit Dometic 300, 310, and 320 series toilets, replacing part 385311641, which is great if you're tired of leaks or yearly valve replacements. 🔹 Why I Chose This Valve: ✅ Freeze-Resistant Technology – This was the biggest selling point for me. My original valve cracked after a hard freeze, leaving me with a leaking toilet and a major headache. This valve’s glass fiber reinforced polymer construction is designed to withstand freezing temperatures, making it far more reliable in cold weather. ✅ Over-Engineered for Durability – This valve feels solid and better built than the original. It’s designed for longevity, so I’m hopeful I won’t have to replace it anytime soon. ✅ Rotary Seam Melting – The seams are completely sealed during production, which helps prevent leaks. This is a small but important detail that makes a difference in long-term performance. ⚠️ Minor Drawbacks: ❌ Tight Space Installation – Like any RV toilet repair, installation wasn’t fun. The space is cramped, and working at awkward angles is inevitable. However, this isn't the product's fault—just the reality of RV maintenance. ✅ Final Verdict: If you’re tired of dealing with leaking RV toilet valves, especially after cold weather, this Beech Lane upgrade is worth it. It’s built to last, and the freeze-resistant design gives me peace of mind that I won’t be dealing with another cracked valve anytime soon.
