1. This was cute and functional. 2. I assume I got water on it because it rapidly grew mold. But makes me question the material. 3. You will always get what you paid for. 4. It did its job.

E NET-CASE Case for Remarkable 2 Tablet 10.3 inch, Slim Lightweight Folio Design, Cover for Remarkable 2 Digital Paper with Pencil Holder (Pink) I am very glad to have found this case for my brand new reMarkable 2. The case is very thin and keeps the weight and feel minimal and in line with the tablet’s design. I especially like the secure slot on the side for the stylus. Some cases do not have a spot for the stylus, which even though the stylus is magnetic, doesn’t mean it’s safe from being knocked off or from damage. This one completely encloses the stylus so sliding in and out of a bag or satchel is smooth. It even has a nifty little miniature case to keep some extra nib tips! It’s held in place by just snapping into the plastic encasing. I noticed some other reviews where magnetic cases disturb the e ink and create whitish spots or distort writing by the magnets that keep the tablet adhered to the case. This case is entirely free of magnets. The only thing is that since I chose pink, it is a very light color and I can already see it getting a little dirty in certain areas. But I’ve just used a wet paper towel to clean off the dirt. The inside part that covers the screen is a very nice and super soft material. I tried to get a picture of that, but because of the color, it doesn't show up very well. But I definitely like that the screen is protected while the case is closed. I am very pleased with this case, I would only order a different color if I could do it again.

It is a nice case, but it could have been made of less and lighter material. It is heavier than the remarkable itself. Doubling the weight. I am used to using the remarkable without a case at all. it is slim and lightweight. This just adds more weight with very little functionality. The remarkable is not as fragile as other glass tablets, so I won't be using it, but it still works great for what it is.
