Great pizza steel!
I've been using this for about 6? months now and it's making consistently great pizza. Crisps up the bottom of each pie nicely. It's nice and heavy, and perfect thickness and size for my home-oven pizza adventures. Be sure to dry it really really well after cleaning it (maybe even put it in the oven and turn it up to 250 for 15 minutes or so so that it can thoroughly dry to avoid rusting.

Very happy with my purchase
After our 3rd or 4th pizza stone broke, I decided to buy a pizza steel instead. This thing is a beast- it weighs a lot (they sell thinner ones but I wanted this one). In the few weeks I've had it, I've used it to make several pizzas and I baked bread on it. Very happy with the results. If you get one, just make sure to let it heat up longer than it takes the oven to heat up. Maybe an extra 20-30 minutes. I don't leave it in the oven when not using it- I just put it into the drawer below the oven. Very happy with my purchase.

A great alternative to using a pizza stone.
This is a great alternative to using a pizza stone. It's especially good for making thin pizza crusts crispy, and it's much easier to clean than a pizza stone. This pizza plate retains almost all of the oven heat, even after the oven heat has been lowered. It's a great cooking tool to have if you make your own pizza, but works just as well if you throw a frozen pizza on it. I highly recommend this product.

Works great, also have the 3/8 inch I use to cook on. Use the 1/4 inch above the pizza the help cook top and toppings

Extremely HEAVY
Takes some adjusting to use and cook desired pizza. This was a gift and the receivers LOVE it! They’ve been cooking pizzas everyday experimenting with different temps and different level in oven. It is made of steel and EXTREMELY HEAVY. Difficult to move around and remove from oven.

Good value and quality
We are homing in on the perfect homemade pizza, with a steel being imperative to that goal. This one is the best value I could find and it doesn't disappoint; thick, heavy, and as large as it can be while still fitting in our oven.

Nice stone for the price
Excellent! Finally the cheese from a large pizza isn't dripping from the rack. Heats up quickly and doesn't need to be seasoned before using.

The key to great pizza and bread
I love making pizza at home, one of the challenges is getting the crust crispy. Even with ceramic tiles, it was not happening; this pizza steel is on the money. This one is just as good as more expensive steel, comes seasoned and ready to go. Be sure to preheat your oven for 30-45 mins even if it beeps earlier. I keep them in the oven even for regular baking, which keeps the oven temperature more even. The pizza and bread baked on these are so much better.
