Mug itself was nice and sturdy, but had a few scratches on it which ruined it.I decided to return it and got a different one from the same brand and it was fine.

Great product and design!
This was a much better product than a previous mug that after umpteent washes in the dish washer lost the bright colors which started going blue gray!!I recommend this one over others....
