These shoes are really cute and lightweight. They resemble a water shoe more than a regular sneaker. The material that makes up the shoe is a nice, flexible material. The bottoms are not really slip resistant. The material used is a little harder than a typical rubber sole, So they are more slippery than a regular sneaker but otherwise these are adorable.

My daughter is one and a half and very mobile. She needs shoes that will help her learn how to walk properly and not inhibit her balance or coordination. These shoes are perfect for that! Not only do they match every single outfit but they are so easy to put on and she can’t get them off. They are comfortable for her and she loves them. I have not noticed any difference in the shoes affecting her walking ability.

Don’t put these in the dryer. They will deform the bottom and no matter what I do I can’t get them back to how they were or to fit on my toddler. I love these shoes so much as a first pair of shoes though. They were easy for my little guy to walk in and no trip. My son threw up on them and I washed and dried them before the next day and was so sad when I realized I ruined them. ☹️

My son is 14mos and has some very chunky feet - these little shoes were super easy to put on and he loves wearing them and walking in them so definitely give them a try!

Bought these for our grand daughters first walking shoes...one week after she started walking. They are very lightweight and stay on well! She was able to walk easily in them. They are a good quality and did not cause any blisters or abrasions to her feet. We are very happy with this purchase and will be ordering the next size up
