Love the look, the feel and the functionality of this case. The strap comes in handy when I don't have pockets and I don't want to carry a purse.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the lower loop, that's supposed to hold the end of the strap down/in place, is too big and keeps sliding off, causing the end of the strap to curl up and/or flap around. I rigged my own fix by double wrapping a small rubber band around the two layers of the strap - near the end, then covering the rubber band with the loop; the rubber band is just thick enough to hold the loop in place. See attached photos.

I had this phone case for over a year now and it is still the best case I've ever had. I came back in today to look for new colors (sadly there were none) and figured I would finally write a review:1 .The over a year speaks to durability.2. The strap hooks remain awesome and sturdy. The design allows me to change straps from the black leather, to silver or gold chains and if I'm really fancy, I tie on a thin scarf that matches my outfit.3. Very functionaly that you can open the flap to use a stand.4. Remains easy to access all phone buttons.5. But the BIGGEST plus is I'm able to hold more cash and credit cards than any other. (I tried to other brands that I sent right back).6. The only thing this phone is missing a mirror but I found a credit card size mirror (brand=eco) on amazon that works perfectly!

Was delivered without any straps.

Like the product a lot but after only 1 month of use, the strap clip broke while on a trip, so had to Mcgyver to keep it from unlatching. Then a few days later the actual strap holding the ring tore, losing the ring and now cannot use the cross body strap. :( I’ll purchase again, but hoping the new one I get is better made.

I had red one since 2018 it was useful and confortable use it. I had to changing it to one black because the red one stain it with sweat hands at 2019. I try to remove this black stain but I can’ t do it. But It was good use it , just it’s too expensive at least the red one.

Love it overall. I was a bit reluctant between this Sena case and the Bandolier. I chose the 2nd brand at first but it was not worth the money. This one is more practical, better built in craftsmanshift. Package was neatly packed and comes with a storage pouch. From the photo, I did apply some leather conditioner to it so it looks richer than when it first arrived. Mine is also a bit crooked/tilted when snap closed but it looks okay when put in some cards. Case definitely works with Qi charger when flap is spread out. This case protects well because the protection is around every corners of the phone. Strap is also adjustable, finely made, and comes with a leather stopper ring so the leather end won’t go sticking out. To me, it is much better than the other brand i did mention prior but of course, if you want the slimmest crossbody iPhone X case this one is sleek enough but is thicker than the other one.
