I purchased it through a recommendation from the dentist I regularly visit for cleanings. I've been concerned about gum recession, so I purchased it to prevent from over brushing and uneven brushing. [What's great about this product] ◎ Brush Body １．Smart Pressure Sensor It indicates brush pressure with ３ colors: white (weaker than the recommended pressure), green (just right), red (too strong), allowing me to prevent over brushing. ２．7 Brushing Modes I particularly like the “Super-Sensitive" and "Whitening" modes. ３． Easy to Charge ーーーーーーー ◎ Oral B App １．Monitoring It divides the areas to brush in the mouth into 8 sections and displays in real-time the areas being brushed and any missed spots. It displays the time in stopwatch format to facilitate the recommended 2minute brushing. ２．History Brushing scores, time, coverage area, and brush pressure are displayed clearly . Since data is accumulated, it's easy to see which areas are frequently missed or where the pressure is high. ３．Coaching Every time I finish brushing, I receive praise for doing well. Just being encouraged by AI boosts motivation. I can set goals tailored to my dental concerns (mine is gum care) and check progress each time until the set period is completed. ーーーーーーーーーーーー [What I would like to see improved] １．I want attachments for other types of toothbrushes. Only one brush is included. In my case, I need a "Specialized Clean" brush to clean between teeth or between teeth and gums. While using floss and interdental brushes alongside is possible, the included brush alone doesn't completely remove dirt. Also, the tongue cleaning with the included brush had too strong for me. ２．Price It's expensive, over €320 for each family member to have one. ３．Design I bought it in black, but the design resembles splattered toothpaste, which is not pleasing. The case design looks like it has water droplets, and it doesn't look good. My family, seeing it for the first time, commented, "The case looks wet!" ４．Complicated process for acquiring free promotional items I applied for a campaign where purchasing an iO10 would entitle me to receive a Sony XB23 EXTRA BASS as a gift. I thought I would receive it automatically if I bought it from Amazon, but I actually had to register for the campaign on the Oral B website, receive a voucher code, and then go to another company's website to arrange for shipping. I purchased iO10 during the campaign period but missed the registration deadline on the website, so I didn't get Sony XB23 EXTRA BASS in the end. Overall, I'm glad I purchased iO10 because now I can brush my teeth faster, more effectively, and more comfortably than ever before.

Ich hab diese Zahnbürste jetzt 1Jahr lang benutzt, nachdem ich vorher etwa 2 Jahre lang eine Philips Sonicare hatte. Gewechselt hab ich, weil mich das geführte Zähneputzen der Sonicare genervt hat - es ist mühsam, wenn man den Haltungswinkel der Zahnbürste korrekt einhalten muss, damit die App erkennt, wo man grad putzt. Also dachte ich, ich probiers mal mit der Oral-B, vielleicht ist die besser. Ich hatte schon einmal vor mindestens 10 Jahren eine elektrische Zahnbürste der Marke Oral-B, und gegenüber dieser wurde die neue tatsächlich enorm verbessert, sie ist jetzt gut abgedichtet gegen Wasser, das sich früher unbemerkt mit der Zahnpasta im Gerät abgelagert hat, bis sich dieses irgendwann nicht mehr abschalten ließ. Und die Basisstation, welche die Uhrzeit anzeigt, ist auch gut gemacht und schön. Und anfangs fand ich auch die Benutzerführung besser als bei der Sonicare. Eigentlich ist die Benutzerführung der App für die Oral-B aber nicht angenehmer, sondern noch mühsamer, weil auch die Kauflächen geputzt werden müssen, was 4 Zonen mehr bedeutet, die in 2 Minuten geputzt werden sollen, und das ist einfach nicht machbar. Außerdem kommt ständig die Meldung, dass man den Druck verstärken soll, und wenn man dann zu stark drückt, kommt auch eine Meldung. Das war anfangs ungewohnt, weil man mit der Sonicare überhaupt nicht drücken darf, was fürs Zahnfleisch besser ist. Von der Reinigungsleistung her finde ich auch die Sonicare besser. Ich hab sie heute zum ersten Mal seit einem Jahr wieder benutzt, weil das Zahnfleisch auf einer Seite entzündet und daher das Schrubben mit der Oral-B nicht so gut ist. Und heute kann ich zum ersten Mal seit langem wieder die Zunge über die Zähne gleiten lassen und sie fühlen sich perfekt glatt an. Ganz ohne Druck.
