Comfortable and Effective for Minor Leaks
I've been using disposable pads for many years and the prices have increased immensely, not to mention the impact on the environment. The washable underwear are much more comfortable and they machine wash exceptionally well. They have been effective for small drips and dribbles but they tend to leak along the sides with heavier streams or prolonged use. If you're going to be in the car for long drives or not to be able to find a bathroom for long periods of time, probably a disposable pad or a full brief would be more practical. But for everyday use, these briefs are well worth the cost.

Functional & comfortable
I'm pleased with these underwear. More comfortable and functional because of tne fly. They are expensive and that explains the 4 star rating. I'm waiting to experience the duabilty after washing.

They Leak!
Quality is good, fit is good but they leak. And they should because there is nothing in the underwear to prevent the liquid from reaching your outer garments regardless of the amount of liquid. Try another brand or just be happy with disposables.

They Work For More Than One Reason
I have struggles with incontinence for about 24 years. It started after I had a Prostatectomy. I tried Kegel exercises, but I still had some leakage and I started wearing thin light day pads inside my underpants. That worked well until 2023 when I found that I was leaking more than a light pads could hold. I switch to a heavier pad that worked very well, but I felt there had to be a better way. First, I started to seriously do the Kegal exercises on a schedule; that helped somewhat. Then I decided to purchase a 4 pack of the TIICHOO Washable Incontinence boxer briefs for men. After only wearing them for 3 days, I felt they work so well I ordered 3 more packs. They are well made, comfortable to wear, extremely absorbent, do not leak, and do not smell after a full day use. Another advantage of wearing these briefs is that you are aware that you are wearing them and there is a conscious effort to stop leaking that may accrue during the day. I did not fell the same way when wearing pads. Forgive this long review, but I really think this is a terrific product and combine with a regiment of Kegal exercises it will help men who have a mild incontinence issue.

They work for me.
Comfortable, they absorb leaks and soon feel dry after an incident but they don't have quite as much capacity as disposable products. They are also not quite as fast. I recommend them for people who still have have some control.
