Inspirational and rewarding advice for everyday challenges
This book has provided so much insight on the various life lessons that these women have gone through to get to where they are today. I particularly enjoyed reading, Seven Lessons to Thrive, by Dana Cadena. Her examples have shown how doable it is to utilize these lessons in my life, at any age, and point of my growth. Her thought provoking questions will challenge me to think differently and reach my up most potential

This book of awesome Latinas brings out the proudness of being proud. Everyday Latinas who preservere many obstacles and overcame them as if was destined for them to stop. Like a chores, with babies, cooking, housewives duties, nothing stops us Latinas from achieving our goals . Breaking the ceiling glass was already broken in many layers before the glass were built bullet proof. But hey, we broke that, too! Being a "Latina" and "Woman" myself, felt compelled by every single one of these ladies. I admire their commitment to themselves for not giving up and appreciate their relentless lessons learned and words of wisdom shared in this amazing book. A way to relate and be guided
I read Neily Soto's chapter called "I love hating you" and felt connected as a first generation child navigating assimilation, understanding the adjustments needed to achieve success while reducing the inevitable guilt that comes with it. Neily not only offers comfort that I'm not alone in these feelings, but offers ways to cope while being real that it can all be done, but it's not easy. At any stage in your journey, starting, middle or adjusting, this chapter will offer peace, encouragement and the tools to get there.
