This delicious seasoning works best on pork, but it is also good on chicken. It is not spicy hot unless you put it on heavily. I recommend starting with a light dusting on chicken or a little more on pork before cooking.

Better than the original.
I like this blend better than the original green can blend. Less spicy but great flavor. Amazing on air fried chicken. Hard if not impossible to find in stores, so buying online is the easiest way.

Favorite in my Family
I'll admit, that I'm not a Tony Chachere's fan. But my husband and sons LOVE this stuff. We have nearly every flavor of Tony Chachere's that's made. This blend is the one reached for the most often just for every day seasoning of every bite they take. Due to not really eating it myself, I can't tell you the differences between it, regular, and more spice. They guys all really like this one.
