Edit: I'll leave my original review on the last to paragraphs.After I left my initial review, I reached out to TONOR support and described my issue. They requested I make a short video showing the issue of the device not turning on. After that, the support rep let me know they would be sending me a new unit with no need to return the original, malfunctioning one. The package arrived today, and I can report that this unit is working. My wife is very excited and I'm happy with the support I received from TONOR!Received the unit on January 15th and gifted it to my wife yesterday for her birthday. After plugging in the charging cord and letting it charge overnight, the microphones show that they are charged, however, the unit itself will not turn on.I've tried various methods of charging- plugging it into a computer's USB port, a power strip with a USB port as well as using an Apple iPhone AND iPad charger. I'll be asking for a refund or replacement.

This is a great machine. I have used a couple of these and this one was by far one of the easiest to use.

I love the design and the 2 rechargeable wireless mic.Sounds is okay.We enjoy a quick karaoke with this.

Haven't tried it yet but I can say it looks good and just what I ordered plus we're going to have a lot of fun with this. Pat W

Overall this is okay. But if you want to record to the USB it can be very challenging to get the volume levels balanced between the backer track from the internet versus the microphone input. I have struggled every time, trying to get the right balance. I contacted the company, in China, to ask how to control the balance between the two audio sources for recording to the USB. They were never able to answer the question. The claimed I would have to buy another microphone with its own volume control built into the microphone. And instead of telling me how to use their product, they offered a discount on any other product I would order from them. So, if you want actual product support from the manufacturer, you could be completely disappointed.

It was working perfectly the first day. Then on the 2nd day the speaker system itself does not turn on at all. The mics work but not the system. I did not do anything out of the ordinary. I charged it accordingly and tried turning it on after unplugging the charger and nothing happened. Either this is a defective batch or the product itself is a scam. It is truly a shame.

Really good karaoke machine, really easy to setup and use, connected to tv for use with YouTube karaoke songs. Can also be charged and taken outside garden/beach etc. and used via phone & YouTube. Glad I purchased this. Great sound too.

The media could not be loaded. I did some research and chose this kit for a business event & retirement party. Very robust build & great sound quality once you've set it up which doesn't take long you can use as a PA system & Karaoke or just to stream music from a phone, Memory card or line input. Works best at 5 to10 meters between the speaker & twin microphones. I recorded the sound using an S21 Ultra. Good volume can easily fill a large room & a remote control too. You can play Karaoke using the Singa app and variable echo control. Good instruction manual & simple charging via USB C cable. Early days so not sure how long a battery charge is but probably a whole day. AA Batteries power the Mic's & AAA the remote
