The caps are great
The colour range works better for me than other packs I've tried I use them on paper and they're vivid, good quality but honestly the best part of this is the screw on cap, other packs I've tried had flimsy twist on caps that you could twist too much and loosen again so they would always leak no matter how much you tried but with these it's clear when they are closed. They have a good amount of light colours too, in other packs you can get one yellow and one white and when they run out you pretty much have to make very dark pieces. The metallics are very cool too, the range of colours is pretty perfect for me

A good choice of ink colours, but hard to open.
Wow! There are a lot of colours in this set, at a very good price. There is 10mils of fluid in each bottle, so they should last for a while. I didn't find it easy to get the tops off, they screw off while you pull them up. Not the best. It doesn't say, neither in the listing, nor on the package they come in, how to open the inks ready for dripping onto a non porous surface. They come sealed, and there are two small white plastic piercing tools (be careful not to lose them) which you place on top of the bottles and press down in order to pierce the bottles. I didn't find this very easy to do. My first attempt, had the bottle splattering ink everywhere! Ooops! Don't squeeze the bottle while you try to push the little piercing tool down or it goes everywhere - hold the bottle firmly at the neck. (I've knocked a star off for this, as there should be some instruction, either on the packaging, or on the listing, of how you get these open.) I found I did a bit better piercing the tube nozzles with a pin. These also come with three packs of plastic gloves, which is handy. I wish I had put them on before I tried opening the ink bottles! However, that aside, the inks are nice and strong coloured and there are plenty of them, including 6 metallic shades and 20 different colours, including four white bottles (two deep white and two simple white), making 24 altogether. This I find to be a good thing, as I often run out of white as it is used for mixing and offsetting/highlighting darker colours. The consistency is runny, so there are no problems with the functionality of the droppers, and mixing and running colours into one another is quite easy. Apart from the initial 'how do I open these? question, I have found these to be quite versatile and useful at a reasonable price. And yes, you can use them on Yupo paper or photographic printer paper to good effect, as well as in resin. They are not just for resin compounds. I just had a little try of some of the colours... the first photo is on glossy inkjet photo paper (it doesn't spread as well and soon dries) and the second is on Yupo paper, which it merges and spreads a lot better on. As with all alcohol based inks, please make sure you are in a well ventilated space, as the fumes are quite strong with all these products and can make you light-headed!

Not suitable for UV resin. The colours change (e.g. blues and purples change to pink as the blue leaches out). The colour isn't all that great at staying true with normal resin either. Found a use for them though. Good for staining leather and wood.
