Hozelock Tricoflex Ultramax Hose, Grey, 19 mm x 50 m

Excellent hose, lightweight - doesn't twist & kink so easy to water garden. Good price for a decent length hosepipe and great quality. The listing is accurate and it has been a good choice of hose.

We cleared a bit of the garden so needed a longer hose so went for the same as we have but longer and slightly more heavy duty. (We’ve been pretty happy with this brand and had a 30 m Hozelock hose previously.) This one is fine in comparison and even fits on the same reel - It just fits!Compared to our previous hose, which was a cheaper version, this is slightly sturdier and once we got it and straightened it out originally, it has stayed fairly straight and doesn’t seem to kink. To be fair we don’t need to bend it around corners as our garden is thin and long.The attachments we have fitted well - as they’re all branded hozelock ones. No leaks on the hose at all and it feels heavier only because it’s 20 m longer I guess.I don’t think there’s a huge difference in quality between the hoses we have. I know the one we bought now is a slightly more expensive version so I would say that buying the right length is the most important factor!

I always thought a hose was a hose. Well I was wrong. I have lived in my house for 20yrs and I have went through a few hose's. They always get kinked running them up the drive way. When they get kinked they weaken over time and eventually they burst. So I decided to buy this yoke because of the warranty. So far I have only used it a couple of times but the amazing thing is when you wind it up again. Because it doesn't kink it doesn't get caught on stuff. It's a small thing but it makes using a hoze a good bit easier. Also I really don't think I'm going to live for another 25years so it's a hose for life which makes it worth the money.

Bought to replace old hoselock hose that I'd had for years and started to split. This appears well made. Fitted to my reel and it unwind and winds more easily than the old hoselock. Has kinked on me once so far but does seem to not twist. Very happy with purchase.

Bought for my mum in law who is a keen gardener. A go to product, may be more expensive than other competitor's but often disappointed with cheaper brands. This is the second in twenty years, hope it lasts as long as the first. Sturdy and easy to use.

I needed a long 25 metre hose to reach around to the front of the house. This hose does that, though it is a bit cumbersome to coil it up again after each use. It's not as heavy duty as I'd hoped, it has occasionally kinked since I bought it. It's a good average garden hose.
