I use it as a snack without milk and I do use milk substitutes in the morning for breakfast. I like apple cinnamon. I don't use it everyday, have to watch my sugar and salt intake.

Worth getting the big box... lol still the normal space of air at the top, but taste great. If you have a big family, that eat cereal; than bigger is better 😉Shipping could have been better, but I order in bulk. Still I shouldn't get a beat up box. Kids like to read and eat...

Great price value. Better than the supermarkets as cereal has gotten expensive. I love that amazon has great prices on cereals. Also,they taste fresh not stale.
