GYMNIC Physio Large ball for therapeutic physiotherapy, ideal for balance exercises, rehabilitation and assisted physiotherapy

I wanted a ball that was big enough to allow me to sit at my desk on it as an alternative to my normal office chair. This fitted the bill perfectly and I use it for half hour periods. The idea is to strengthen the core and back muscles, take the strain off the lower back and generally allow for more movement. It did take a bit of effort to blow it up but it's been perfect. Communication from the seller and delivery were efficient and speedy.

These balls have been a God send for my 2 teens ~ Adult visitors are drawn to them and other kids help themselves to them ~ I have had the largest ball and the peanut ball inflated for a couple of seasons each year ~ I love them but they can cause accidents if kids aren't properly supervised. My view is that they are a necessary therapy and stimulant for ALL not just special needs.

The ball is pretty easy to pump up with one of those foot pumps. I have only found that I need to top up the air in the ball every few days or so. Great to strengthen my back while at the office. Careful that you don't overdo it though!

I bought this ball to sit on at my desk as I wanted to strengthen my core and cure my back ache caused by bad posture at work. I had struggled with the standard sized pilate balls available and was pleased to find this supplier with large sizes. The ball is very good quality and stays inflated once pumped. However, realistically this is probably a little too big to sit on as I struggle to get my legs under the desk comfortably. I also have to constantly stop the ball from rolling forward which results in me putting a lot of weight on my knees which is probably not good either. In conclusion: I can't win.

having been suffering with a bad back ihad been advised to improve my core muscle strenght with a swiss ball. Due to my height (6ft 6), the smaller sizes were no use. the 85cm one is plenty big enough for me. only down side is that it does not come with a pump.

Super quality! This 120 cm Exercise ball is, as expected, huge. Totally happy with it.

produits professionnels exactement selon description avec l'avantage du diamètre 85cm qui est la bonne taille pour des personnes de 1.75m. Apres plusieurs mois, le ballon maintient son niveau d'air sans aucun souci. Bravo excellent produit.

These balls are great to add to my home gym. I use these at my gym and like having some at home to work out with if I can't get to the gym.
