Dissolves instantly in hot or cold beverages, no taste so o can use it in anything. It totally saved my hair and nails while on GLP! Can recommend 100%!

I add this to my morning coffee and it doesn't change the texture and taste, something I was concerned about. I notice my joints don't ache as much when I used this regularly. Also skin is more hydrated and feels nourished. Will continue to use. Once again, I am impressed by Sports Research products.
