I love this so much I bought one for my wife
These chairs are a pricey but you get what you pay for, a comfortable high quality and packable chair that folds easily into a small package, it’s sturdy and really easy to use while looking great too.

Solid little chair
Can be a little troublesome to get it to sit completely flat on flat ground but when outdoors it's no concern.

Robust and comfy, even for the larger person
Small and light enough for backbacking. It feels robust and I am confident it will last. I enjoy the rocking position and find it comfy (I am fairly 'wide' and often don't find this type of seat comfy). Watch the prices for a while because they really jump around

Light and very packable
Very good quality and well made, so much so that GRAND TRUNK even include a lifetime warranty on materials. Chair is also VERY light for something so strong. Worth mentioning that the Mayfly can be packed without the front leg to save weight, which basically transforms the chair to the same function as the Monarch where you use your own legs and pivot on the back legs of the chair. Actually quite comfy! I prefer using the front leg though, even though you can still pivot on the back legs while sitting in a tent and you want to reach behind for something...carefully. Since the chair is so low, it is quite satisfying to use it inside a two man tent with a decent sized vestibule (A Hilleberg Nallo 2 GT in my case), especially while preparing a meal, with a vent or two open of course. A great product that I am glad I purchased.

Absurd price but we use it a lot.
Very handy for picnics and festivals. I would not take it hiking!
