I was testing portable monitors for my laptop and thought this one might work. Easy to attach and connect. It came with all the necessary cables and instructions. However, it has limited adjustability once it is fixed to the laptop screen and sits at an awkward angle (at least for me) to view. Ended up returning it; refund process was easy.

UPDATE: I boosted this back up to 4 stars after a positive customer service interaction with the seller. They reached out to me right away with a couple of additional troubleshooting suggestions for my dead monitor, and when none of those resolved the issue they offered to provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. I opted for the replacement since I did enjoy the previous monitor while it worked, and the replacement has since arrived and is working great (if I wind up with another dud in 6 months I will definitely post another update.) My takeaway is that while there's always a chance of getting a faulty product, knowing that the seller is responsive and eager to resolve customer issues gives me much more faith in purchasing from them. ORIGINAL POST: I would have happily given this product a much higher review a few months ago as I loved using it to work remotely from my laptop and found it very portable and handy for my needs. However, about 6 months after purchase the monitor stopped responding; my computer tries to connect but the monitor just gives a No Signal response and shuts down. Have tried other cables with it to no effect, and with no menus or buttons on the monitor itself there's no other way to troubleshoot the connection, so it's useless now. I now would be much more wary of product quality from this brand.

Screen is great quality. The fit is nice and its not too heavy to automatically make my q8 in laptop screen fall down. Usbc power source. Overall great thing to have.
