This will fit adults on the shorter side. I'm 5'4 135pds and Large 16-18 fit me well. right length on the waist and arms. It' hard enough for a short man to find shirts that fit well in adult sizes. I find that this size works well for me in terms of Tommy Hilfiger shirts. Fit is key.

I love this little shirt. My 2 year old grandson wears it like a jacket. This is his second one. I order 1 size bigger so it fits over short sleeve and long sleeves. He looks cute, too. Like a little man.
