1) The fit is off. I tried a few pairs and the 1/2 size smaller they recommend is too short. The size up (my normal size 10) is better in length but is too loose in the arch area.2) The mesh is NOT waterproof. I spray them with a waterproofer often.3) Zero grip, the few spikes wear down quickly and then they are like tennis shoes. Slippery.4) My feet are sore more often with these shoes. Little material between the foot and ground.5) The non-mesh shoes are super hot and have the weight of boots sent them back immediately.6) The direct web site has different pricing BUT read the return policy...not so friendly. Going through Amazon had an easier return policy BUT would avoid these at the current price.Overall, it's a marketing hype versus performance, fit, and comfort. I have been playing them at 8K elevation in Colorado this summer.
