When I make a sunday lunch on a Saturday I put my veg in seperate dishes then use a cover to protect from insects etc then place them in the fridge.I also put my mash on foil and brown it in the air fryer(add butter cheese milk and tomato ketchup all to your own taste) which by the way is delicious.All mashed in a dish as I find washing a potato masher a nightmare.I cover that as well.When I get up on a sunday my dinner is all ready to plate up and fresh.All the different sizes of these covers make it possible.So we'll made and a brilliant idea
