For the price, this is a shelf of good quality for indoor use. The structure is pvc material with wire metal shelves. Light/medium duty. You will need to put starter flats on a tray so the bottoms don't fall through the holes. It is sturdy once full constructed and holds several 5-8 inch pots and 72 cell flats just fine. That being said I wouldn't keep it outside, I'd want something heavy duty for that for peace of mind. It would at least need to be in an area sheltered from wind. That being said I have not tested it outside!What I love about this unit is the beige color. Very unique! And very easy, quick and simple assembly. It looks great indoors compared to other seller's all green or black units. The color and affordable price is why I chose this product and I'm very happy with it.The cover fits well and had no issues getting it on. I appreciate the arched top shelf for taller plants. What would even make this product better is adjustable height shelves. I have some seedlings that need to be closer the the light and some potted plants I can only fit on the top shelf.Overall 5 stars I would buy another!

This works really well to provide a protected, warm, humid space for sprouting seeds or other indoor gardening. It's easy to assemble, sturdy, lightweight, and reasonably attractive. Perfect.

Works well and looks cute. Seems durable. Easy assembling . the only thing negative I would have to say is the smell of it filled my whole house I had to set it outside to air out for a day before bringing it back in.

I’ve spent the last week or so reading EVERY review on about 5 different indoor greenhouses from Amazon, and I’m very satisfied with my final decision on this one. I recall several reviews saying the frame was hard to set up or that there ended up being missing parts, however I encountered neither issue. I didn’t even look at the instruction sheet, it was that self-explanatory for the frame assembly. I will say that when it comes to the strip light assembly/placement, the instruction sheet provided was not helpful, but it was fairly easy to figure out. I will note that before you assemble your frame, map out what plants are going where and check the heights that you need for each plant, that way you don’t have to disassemble to accommodate different heights. Although if you did need to, it’s simple enough. I ended up keeping one wire shelf out so that my plants on the bottom shelf could have more space, and moved that strip light up to the next shelf. I recall a few reviews stating that the plastic cover was cheap and ripped easily, although this is only my first day having the green house, I think that a rip would only occur if you were handling it roughly, it seems to be a good enough quality to hold up over time. This is my first time starting seeds indoors and I truly can’t wait to see where is takes me! Lots of veggies and flowers to come! I plan to buy a plastic storage tote to be able to breakdown the green house and store it during the summer months when I’m not using it.

This was my 5th small green house over the years and the quality has really gone down. The metal and plastic material of the shelf is so thin, that putting any kind of weight on it, makes me wonder how long it takes to fall apart in a wind breeze. Even watering the plants makes the shelves notable bend down. The distance between the shelves is very narrow, so its really best just for young seedlings. The plastic cover seems similar in quality as I've gotten over the recent years. Very easy to assemble.

We are using this to house our mushroom growing kits!Being that it uses a cream color instead of green to sew the clear panels and zippers together it doesn’t look so tacky in our kitchen.I use Willow Mountain Mushrooms growing kits sold here on Amazon. It’s a small family farm that offers Oyster, White Button and Crimini/Portabella mushroom growing kits.We put oyster mushroom logs on the top shelf. I can easily fit 6 of the large standard logs or 8 of their new mini logs.The other three shelves we use for White Button and Crimini/Portabella kits. Each shelf can hold either three of their new small 9” x 9” kits. Or two of their original Standard 12” x 12” kits.The tent helps to keep the temperature and humidity just right for growing mushrooms in our kitchen year round!!!WillowMountainMushrooms “dot” com website has helpful videos using this tent.We just had to add a tiny fan and create a vent for proper air circulation and add a humidifier when the air is dry or damp towels to the space. We keep an inexpensive outdoor digital thermometer inside to monitor the temperature and humidity. Checking the kits in the morning and evening.I stagger the arrival of the kits so I keep a steady supply of mushrooms harvesting. Getting a delivery every other week.The oyster begin to harvest soon after they arrive. The standard logs are large and weigh about 8 lbs each. We can harvest from them every 8-10 days for about 3 months.The button and crimini kits begin harvesting 3-4 weeks after we apply the “casing “ layer we mix using material provided with the kit and water from our tap. Once we begin picking we harvest every 7-10 days. Getting 3 nice harvests followed by 3-12 weeks of diminishing quantities as time progresses. Once we decide we are done with a particular kit (are no longer harvesting from it) we use the medium in our garden and lawn (even potted plants). The plants LOVE it!!!I love this tent! Even to help house our outdoor plants inside over the winter and start plants in January and February. Great place to hold and start succulents over winter too!

Compact and sturdy, can hold up to Alabama tornado weather

We purchased this for our basement. We like to grow plants from seed. This has nice durability, great size and sturdy. You can have the cover on or off. The color is a nice neutral. Also, great for the price

It arrived missing 3 of the bars for support, but luckily I had some mini curtain rods that I could use.

Bought this back just last Nov. My partner and I have just really started putting plants together. He's got a strawberry plant that's been winterized and a few green onions in there that have been keeping warm. Seems like the zippers are sturdy and the exterior seems good so far. To keep it warm, we have placed it up against our home.
