Purchased before a work trip to Europe. Allowed me to travel lighter. My hair is below my shoulders, thick and wavy. I dried it out with a hair driver and a brush and then used the mini flatiron to straighten. It worked great but took about 10 minutes more than my normal routine because it's smaller. Easy to hold and use. I love the wider plates. It worked great in the US and in Europe. Dual voltage a huge plus!

the heat level is perfect and heats up quickly! it works so well and it’s even good for traveling somewhere else. i like the color pink it’s so pretty!

I bought this mini straightener to leave in my travel bag, since I was tired of getting up early to use my full size CHI, in order for it to cool down. I tested it out as soon as it arrived, and I am very pleased! It is very lightweight, super affordable, about 8" from top to bottom, and curled my bangs perfectly! I bought this silicone case for it, since the carrying case that comes with it is not heat proof: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09RZNS7FZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 The straightener fits perfectly inside with the cord after it is cooled down, and I can even snap it close. It took 1-2 minutes to heat up, and about 20 minutes to cool down. Only time will tell how long it will last, but for now it is a winner for me!

I have a weekend trip coming up and the destination forecast says it will be raining. I just straightened my hair yesterday :/ I decided to order this travel flat iron last night. It arrived today and I immediately plugged it in to test it out. The cord is a good length. It’s very compact but doesn’t feel flimsy. It came with both a pouch and glove. This thing heats up fast. I want to say less than a minute. I was able to make a curl in my hair and then straighten the same piece with one pass of the iron. It’s very easy to use and works well. The price point is great as well. With tax I paid about $16 For reference I have extremely dense 3C/4A bra strap length hair with very thick strands. I’m planning to only use this for touch ups when I travel, which is fairly often.

Did what i needed it too! Need it for travel purposes and it worked in a pinch. It is small which is what i need to save space in suitcase. Held up just fine, no issues heating, got pretty hot actually. I struggled to get my hair straight without making several passes! Felt like was doing more damage that way so my hair never got as straight as i do with my regular tool BUT for the size im not sure what i was expecting.

So convenient for traveling and still a good sized plate for use.

I have medium length hair that requires touch ups everyday. I needed a wide plate to get the job done quickly. Also needed light and small for carry on travel and dual voltage for all over world travel. This works exactly as needed and does the job with my longish hair!
