Great way to slash our stash of fabric AND batting! Only a few projects are included, but they're beautiful, and enough to get us started. For using yardage instead of precuts, would suggest changing to 14” circles to use up 42” inch-wide fabric more efficiently. Also find that batting is not required in flannel quilts, because of the layering of this method.

This is more of a booklet. On the other hand, it's not $30. That said, I am an experienced quilter who loves hexies. I am also one who likes faster projects. Hexies, to me, were not fast since hand stitching is involved. The author has developed a new technique to use hexagons in a manner that makes things go faster and still allows for a floral appearance. AND . . . ta da! It's finished when you add the last hexies! BTW, I have ordered a second copy for a friend who also loves hexies.

I like hexies and I wanted to try this new way, where the backing and batting are already done! I read the book and I think the technique is brilliant. I definitely want to try it and will. It sounds fun and creatie.

This booklet gives instructions how to make batting lined hexagons. Templates are included; photographs illustrate the process. Booklet includes 4 patterns.

Very disappointing to receive. I was expecting a book and this is just a “booklet” in my opinion. Very few pages. I returned it without problem but I think if the listing would’ve been more accurate I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place.

Great way to make hexies.

Disappointed in this book very expensive contains about 17 pages and not enough projects.

This is a slim booklet that gives very clear instructions on an interesting technique. Just a few more inspiration photos would have made it a 5 star but I am pleased with this purchase.

This was the first time I'd worked with hexies and I loved it. Finished one project using the instructions in this book and have started another.

よくよく確認すれば「16ページの本」、と書いてある。なか見検索で見られるのがこの本のほぼすべて。内容は比較的わかりやすく 作ってみたくなるけれどこの薄さでこのお値段はちともったいなかろ、って感じです。

There was some very good instructions and templates for 4 projects, a bit over priced for 16 pages.
