Emergency Build
Works well in a custom Pi Pico powered fan controller for my graphics card. I generally order all my components in bulk so it was a little on the expensive side for a small volume but its the price you pay for getting emergency components next day.

Maybe
My photos say more than I can. Tester shows them as NPN BJTs (tested them flipped two ways, two different results, which is to be expected, since my tester doesn't "grok" triacs). The markings gave me concern, though - counterfeit integrated circuits has become a major issue. I don't know if these are counterfeit, or not, but the markings made me a bit skeptical - I've included photos of them, you be the judge.

Good Price
Good price on these TIP 142 transistors.

Good quality, good amount, decent price.
See title. These seem sturdy and well made, sufficiently uniform, and have worked fine so far. I like them in a hard case like this - I would prefer if they were stabilized in there somehow, so they wouldn't bounc around and scratch each other up in transit – but that's just an aesthetic preference, really, not an actual issue. As always, I wish components like this had some kind of marking to confirm that they're being made in conformance with the universal procedures of what's what – just so new learners could feel more confident, and old vets wouldn't have to wonder if today is the day they get a pack with the sides reversed. But again, not a real issue, so nothing deducted.I'm content with these so far, and that's all I need.

Great switch for low wattage A/C devices.
I use this product to switch A/C powered circuits from a small single board computer. When using this product please keep in mind that it will be a switch for A/C only. One can power on a DC circuit but it will not be able to turn off the DC circuit. This product is more reliable and will outlast a mechanical switch. I have many uses for this product. I am happy with the product.

Allecin TIP41 100V 6A NPN Darlington power transistor worked well for me
The Allecin TIP41 100V 6A NPN Darlington power transistor worked well for me. My wife has a LED-lighted magnifying glass/lamp that died; the wall wart power supply died. A replacement power supply also did not work, so I purchased some parts-including these TIP41s-to build a 50 mA current source to drive the LEDs. I grabbed a TIP 41, built a little current source into the lamp housing, and fired it up. The LEDs came up just like they were supposed to at roughly the correct brightness. So, the TIP41 worked just as it was supposed to. However, note that the TIP41 transistors came loose in a little plastic box with no ESD protection. Given this, the transistors could all be damaged from ESD, and, if they work immediately, they could fail later from a latent defect. For that I remove a star. These days TIP41s seem to be a cheap ‘popcorn’ part sourced from many different vendors at a cheap price. The cases all have a ‘WS’ marking with a logo that I had never seen before, so I assume these are all parts sourced from China, and they might not meet requirements specified by TI or Motorola (ON Semi), and could be of very low quality, with very poor reliability (especially given no ESD protection). However, the parts were/are cheap, and my application is a non-critical application; if the TIP41 dies, I will just replace it in the circuit. Note also that given that the application is non-critical, I did not bother to test the parts, and I took no measurements and performed no testing on the current source that I built other than to confirm the brightness of the LEDs was about right. I buttoned up the light, and the wife is happy; end of story. Please allow me to emphasize again that I did not test the parts or the circuit, other than confirm that the LED brightness was about right, and thus have no clue regarding the quality or reliability of the parts. The one TIP41 that I used seemed to work correctly. I would not recommend their use in a critical application.

It's a transistor!!
So what to say about this transistor... it came in the quantity it was supposed to... and... they seem like they all worked when I tested them.I'm not sure if anyone is out there using these for something more important than hobby electronics, but, they did the trick for me!

Hoping to get a couple out of the batch that are good. So far all that was tested worked.
In process of checking functionally in simple go/no go, checked only10 and found those functioned as designed.

Funktionieren hervorragend
