Straps worked
Straps seem to be holding after 1 day. A simple diagram on how to feed the strap through the buckle would be nice, but i figured it out.

Decent straps
I needed to have some straps for transporting oversized gear and these worked out nicely. I don't do this often so I like that this was a less permanent option than some other racks. They were easy to install and the straps are very heavy duty. The clips are strong and work well. I recently had to lug home some wood from Home Depot and these worked out well. I recommend to have in your trunk for a less permeant solution to carrying oversized items.
