(Go to the bottom for an updated review)I bought this light to brighten up my shower in my bathroom. The light in my bathroom shaded the shower area. I installed the light on the ceiling in my shower. This light worked perfectly for about three weeks. After the second time I charged it the automatic function stopped working all the time. I have to mess with it to get it to work. So I'm not sure if the mode switch is not functioning properly or if the motion sensor is not working properly. So now I have to manually turn it on and off. I don't take really hot and steamy showers, so I don't believe the steam from the shower was a problem. So after I charged the light again, I used the switch to turn it on and went through all the different modes with the switch. And Vola! The light is now working perfectly!As an electrician, I often fix electronics by doing what is known as a Power On Reset, and 90% of the time that fixes the problem. The electronics just needed to reset inside the light. To achieve this on this light all you need to do is power on and off the light with the remote. I recommend doing this after each time you charge the light. The light is now operating perfectly. Now I'm a very happy camper!

Purchased this for my hallway steps going to the second floor so my kids could see instead of using the main light because they always forget to turn it off. This works great, I was hesitant at first but it exceeded my expectations. The charge lasts at almost a month, love that you can have warm and cool lighting and the motion sensor is awesome. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I needed a light fixture in the hallway that was not wired but was not battery operated either. I found this option. The item is easy to install and the motion detection works very well. It comes with a remote that turns the light on/off and has a light dimmer. Also included on the remote is an option to change the light color from warm to cool white (no colors) and an option for the motion detector to work all day/night or just at night. This light is very functional for varying needs. The only drawback is that the light is small in terms of diameter. I wish the company made several size options. Bottom line, it is a product worth buying if you are looking for a small, indoor motion sensor light.

I bought two for the back of my garage, which is quite dark as the existing lighting at the front is too far away. This motion sensor light is perfect solution as it is easy to install without calling an electrician. I wish it could be brighter though as my garage has high ceiling.

Good motion sensor. Nice and bright. Dimmable and temperature changanle. I have purchased two now. Downside is they take D-cells making the unit a bit thicker than I would prefer. But hey… only being used in closets.

Like that it is light weight

The steps going to our basement are just dark, no other way to say it. The light is at the bottom of the stairs, so turning it on at the top just gives us a little bit of light on the way down. We thought we'd have to pay an electrician to install lights on the way down, but I got these over the weekend and my wife thinks I'm weird for how much I love them. They're plenty bright, the motion sensors work great (make sure you set them correctly so they sense even in lit conditions, so ambient light doesn't keep them from triggering), and they were easy to install.I do wish there was a setting to control how long the lights stay on for when using the motion setting, and the plastic drywall anchors were pretty flimsy but ended up working ok; it might be worth hitting the hardware store to get some sturdier ones to be safe in case you're not drilling into studs. Overall, though, these have been a great purchase and I'm going to get another set for some closets we have that don't have any lighting inside.

My wife loves it for our pantry. It lasts a lot longer then most lights that we used in the past and able to charge is better then having to replace batteries all the time.
