Like a lot of other reviewers, I’ve bought many pillows trying to find the right one. I alternate between back and side sleeping, but most pillows are designed solely for one position or the other. Most pillows are too thick or lofty for me. This one is thinner, but still supportive. The middle is thinner than the sides—so that’s for back sleeping. And if you roll over, put your head on the side of the pillow. Usually there’s a an uncomfortable break-in period with a new pillow until you get used to it, but not with this one! There’s a typical new memory foam smell when you get it, but that doesn’t bug me at all. I’m considering buying a couple for my kids.

Absolutely comfortable and amazing pillow. I enjoyed it for a few weeks until my daughter tried it and loved it too! Guess I’ll be ordering another one since it’s such a great pillow!

I have been searching a long time for the right pillow. I really like the shape, contour, and softness of this foam pillow. I wouldn't consider this a memory foam because true memory foam have a slow release because foam conforms to your neck/body. In contrast, regular foam bounce back quickly and therefore does not hug to each curve of your neck. However, I do like their foam over others because it is not so dense. I wanted to love this pillow but it does not conform to my petite profile. The cervical loft area has 3 or 4 round raised button-like design which makes it uncomfortable. Not sure why they designed it this way. It may be more comfortable without out.I would recommend you try it because pillows are very personal and subjective. It is a great quality too.

It's not too hard. It's not too soft. It's just right. I don't know the purpose of the little bumpy places on the pillow because I don't feel them at all so I don't know what their purpose is but the pillow works for me.

Don’t believe the description. When you first lay on it, the pillow is soft, but somehow gets more firm while you sleep. My shoulders were numb when I woke in the morning so I can only guess that it also aligned my neck in an odd way. This pillow also has a strong, lasting odor that took three days to subside enough to tolerate. Long story short, avoid this pillow unless you want a poor night's’ sleep. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(. *Note, if I could rate the pillow lower than one star I would.

I’ll say this pillow is comfortable and I like that it has two heights of cervical neck support. Most pillows with this support are too high for me. What I don’t like is the horrible smell! While airing the pillow, I washed the pillow case on gentle cycle and air dried it. When I put the case back on the pillow, I realized the zipper pull was missing. Found it in the washer. Cannot be put back on. So, I must say it’s very cheaply made. So, two strikes against it, but it is comfortable.

This is the one you want! I have tried others.Anything made from memory foam will have a smell. But they are using a better product. I have sensitivity to odors but I thought I try this one.Yes there was a little odor out of package but I aired it for about a week. I’m a really sensitive.I would put near cracked window( winter here) overnight…AM throw in dryer on AIR fluff for 5 min with a few bath towels on top of it…..NO HEAT!Repeat alternating sides….each day.You might think this is a lot to do but the difference from other pillows I’ve tried is the odor comes out of this particular one. I will take this when I travel for sure.And I’ll probably get another one to leave at relatives house for myself.Bonus two difference thicknesses sides.

I have tried many of these pillows. I want to say this is it.I do have very sensitive skin but this one seems to work well after a few weeks, it is still in the same condition.And the good thing is that it doesn't smell like other memory foam besides the normal packaging sense, which went away within a week after being aired.Now, 3 weeks into it, I can say the head felt supported by the pillow and super comfortable, especially on both ends of the pillow.
