My second Oukitel. Robust with great cameras, huge amount of storage and a massive battery. Never had any issues with apps. A fraction of the price comparable phones from well known brands. Doesn't need a screen protector or a case as it's virtually indestructible.

The media could not be loaded. Initially, the phone worked fine for the first month of purchase, I bought this in January 2024.Although, the phone camera is of very poor quality for a 2020 era mobile phone. The battery life and sturdy case are very good. For me, this did make up for the lack of camera fidelity, as I don't take photos/videos. I just wanted a functional, reliable phone.During the latter half of February 2024, the phone has this peculiar issue of detecting 'phantom' screen presses during usage and non-usage. Making texting, watching YouTube videos, accessing the internet, incredibly frustrating. Almost impossible in some cases.To temporarily resolve the issue, I have to press in the power button, wipe the screen and then, unlock the phone again... And, the problem comes back after a few more minutes. There's no screen protector or film on the glass screen. It's immaculate. It has to be a software problem.The phone hasn't been dropped or mishandled in any way. I suspect it's an issue with how the outer shell/case moulding is embedded into the glass screen. Or, it's just the glass screen? I've attached a video to this review. I also activated a screen touch/press marker within the Android OS, to highlight the issue. The 'phantom' screen presses are always on the top right side of the screen.I'm puzzled as to what is causing the problem, contacting Oukitel's Chinese customer service team is a massive waste of time. I received a robotic reply from the company in China asking me to confirm the Amazon receipt/proof of purchase... No further responses after sending a second email.It's now April 2024, and I've bought another phone, from a better, well known branded company.It'll be the last time I ever buy an Oukitel product. I'm left with a phone that's essentially useless, the 'phantom' screen presses, have effectively made the phone worthless. Rated 1 star, as I can't rate lower.

Strong, robust, great battery life when away from charging pointsIdeal for energetic outdoor activity when a normal smartphone would be damagedGood basic cameras that take good average photos. Good honest phone that does what it was designed for.

I've tried out the accessibility feature for talk back on this phone, it's excellent. It was set up and ready to go from first use, in the form of a discrete icon to the right of the screen. Crucial for my child as they are unable to read or write, it has completely opened the world in a way never previously available to them.I've tried to use this feature on a couple of samsung phones, without success. These features on Samsung were difficult to find, and when I did not user friendly, at all.
