I just bought this small printer and have been using it for a while now. It's fantastic and has completely exceeded my expectations. A full charge keeps up with my daily work needs. It’s amazing product potable and easy to carry in purse / bag. It thermal printer no hassle of ink cartridge. i am impressed with print quality. it also takes regular A4 paper. it works with mac . windows through usb cable. I installed app on my i phone. connected it through bluetooth and it was ready to print through mobile. it is useful for my office work and my kids school projects.

Fast delivery. I’m amazed with this thermal printer. Looks nice and works perfectly. Easy to use, connects Bluetooth very fast. It’s not that heavy, you can bring it anywhere you want. And paper printing was clear and great. Size is good, not that big not that small. I’ll update the battery life later. 😁

I ordered this thermal printer for my father's house for light printing. The pro is I love the ease of use, the no ink required, and the portability to carry around. The con is the thermal paper that comes in a roll. When you print the document out, the image is good but it stayed roll up. You definitely need to put it in something heavy, like a book, to flatten the paper to stay in shape. Another downside is to make sure you print one page at a time; if you print more than one page, you have to cut it yourself manually. For the paper quality, as other reviewers suggested, I did a search and decided to order another automatic folder printing paper, which is compatible with this Thermal Portable Printer. I am still waiting for my order to come. Hope it will all work out.

Honestly, I returned this item because I felt it was just too light weightof an item to use on a regular basis. Taking it along with you for travel or to use for occasional needs, it would be fine. But if you need to print frequently go with something that’s more significant.

Works good through Bluetooth and is legible. The rolled paper after printing is annoying to unroll but the portability makes up for it.
