Easy to put together. The legs screw right in, no tools needed. It’s very sturdy and supports by weight as an adult. It’s the perfect size and height, as I wanted something to squat close to the floor to play with my grandson as I cannot sit on the floor so it’s easy for me to getup and down plus move around as an active 2 year old moves. It also makes a cute foot stool or side table when I am not using it with him. And the best part was that it was a great price fir a piece that matches my decor!

This seems good enough quality. I just got it yesterday at the time of leaving this review. I bought it for my toddler to be able to wash his hands in the bathroom. It works because he is tall but it’s a little shorter than i expected. That is my fault though - I didn’t check the measurements before ordering, just assumed. Overall I like the look, it’s cute and shabby-chic/french country. I didn’t want one of those big ugly toddler stools (still trying to keep my cute home aesthetic even with children). I think it’s one of the cheaper stools on the market. Good value for money imo.

This stepstool is NOT heavy duty, despite what the description claims. My 85-year-old mother stood on it once—once—and it immediately broke beneath her. She fell and hit her head on her dresser. Thankfully, it wasn’t worse, but it very easily could have been. This stool is unsafe, especially for seniors or anyone who needs stability and support. A product like this should never fail under normal use, and it absolutely should not be marketed as heavy duty. I am beyond disappointed and angry. If you are buying this for an older adult or anyone’s safety, do not trust this product. Btw my mom is only 115lbs
