Didn’t know how much I needed one until I got it
Oscillating tools are like electric guitars - everyone should have one, and they make the world a better place. I bought one made by Fein on the recommendation of a contractor who was rebuilding my deck.It has the feel of a quality tool. It’s solid, a bit heavy but not too heavy, the speed dial works smoothly, and the soft start is both helpful and very cool. For a change, it has a long cord. I have used it once so far to replace some trim above my garage that was being colonized by some hungry termites. It melted through the tasty Doug fir leaving clean straight edges that were easy to mate with the new boards.Using it for the first time was a revelation, opening up worlds of possible DIY’s that I was dreading to tackle with a keyhole handsaw or one of those wood butcher single-ended hacksaw blade handles. ‘Scuse me now. I have a medicine cabinet to install!

Wow this is a really nice multi-tool!
This Fein is such a nice tool. When you see it in person you can tell it is much better than similarly priced oscillating tools. I originally bought the Dremel brand for more or less the same price, but it died after just 3 weeks. This tools seems much better built and better designed. It runs super smooth. To top it off, the carrying case is very high end!

Quality made tool
This is a great tool I do mostly remodeling in my business and I almost use this tool everyday. This is my third one and bought my first one years ago after I saw an Imfo commercial on tv one night. You won’t regret buying this tool and it comes with a long cord on it which is another plus

You have to buy the FIEN Blades for the multitool
They say you can use any blades but you can't; tried several others ( I have 5 multitools for my work) none of them fit, it was the same problem with the Dremel multi tool, great tool but blades have to be Dremel, i would mind if they cost of the blades was reasonable, but they are way too proud of their product.

Original is still the best
Fein is the best at making this tool. I had my first one for over 20 years and put some serious hours on it. Love my Multimaster
