Comfortable. Vibration is just right. Got to remember to shut it off because it does drain battery.

The info said there were options to customize massage areas. However there was only one button which only vibrated on one section. For $50 seems like a ripoff.Either bring down price or get your info correct. Bait and switch.

Love this, fits perfectly behind your neck, only vibration, not shiatsu which is what I was looking for. I’ve fallen asleep with this on several times, and still no issues with batteries.Batteries tuck into a little pocket, you’d have to try hard for them to bother you.

Well in the picture it says it has 2 vibrators when it really has only one. Other than that it's light and very versatile, I use it for my herniated disc and my epicondylitis and it's great that it's wireless cos I can take it with me to trips and restaurants and stuff. I just think the publicity has to be more accurate. It wouldn't hurt if it really had 2 vibrating points, and better yet, that not only the middle part vibrated but all 3 sections we're functional. Just an idea for Homedics.

I bought this because I get a muscle spasm in my back. It helps release it. It's doing it's job

This doesn't really "roll" up into a pillow as much as it folds into a triangle. However, when it is stretched out flat, it makes a great little flat surface for behind your back. I found that it is perfect for travel in the car, with no pesky ties or wires, and then just bring it up to your hotel room for the bed. I use it when laying on the couch, or on my footrest when my feet are terribly painful. it will also drape over a shoulder or a knee in a pinch where most other things wouldn't. I've found a lot of uses for it--but not for under my neck, it's just too a little uncomfortable to use as a pillow.

Vibration was not very strong and it ate the battery life in one weekend. Item was returned.
