Bachour Simply Beautiful Hardcover – September 1, 2014

havnt tried any recipies yet, they are complicated, not for the home cook (which Im not and thats why I bought it). The combination of flavors are incredible... I cant wait to start cooking, but as I said Im a pastry chef... You need knowledge and some tools that you wont find in a common kitchen. The images are to die for!!! Love it!!!!

This is my second book from Bachour. If you have the first one you must have this one! This world renouned chef will inspire anyone who is a professional pastry chef. The book covers different textures and unique paired flavorings. Visually appealing as well. If you follow this chef, you can't live without it.

Beautiful pictures, I purchased this as a gift as requested by my daughter, but took a sneak peak before sending it to her. Very inspirational!

I truly admire Chef Bachour. I bought this as a graduation gift to myself. The book is written for the chef and the home cook, as recipes are given in both formats, professional and home.The pictures are breath taking. This book is amazing.

This book is geared toward a real kitchen. Not very easy for the "at home cook". Some of the recipes are repeated from the first book, which why I didn't give 5 stars. Its straight to the point guidelines. Overall it contains a lot of great techniques for plated desserts. Very tasty and great ideas and concepts to make your own!

Do you love pastry???you will love this book!!!the desserts are not only amazingly beautiful, but all the recipes that i have tried are also amazingly delicious!!!the combination of colors, textures and flavors is brilliant!!I admire so much Chef Antonio Bachour!!! Beautiful book. Nicely detailed recipes. I used it for ideas and didn't follow the recipes. The plating in this book is beyond wonderful.

An Excellent book but I feel it is aimed at professionals, as a lot of the ingredients are not easily accessible to everyone , and some recipes require specialist equipment. A very good book , great photographs will be a collectors item one day.
