These are super small, almost like for a baby’s septum… the quality is garbage. I could only use some of the balls/ends on my ring. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Broke one of them just by trying to unlatch by hand.

These are cute, a bit gaudy on a few. My septum is pierced up higher so decorations don't show as well. they are not uncomfortable but are easily lost

I like the variety of septum rings you get with this set. They are easy to put on and wont come undone which I love. They’re comfortable to wear and easy to remove when cleaning or swapping out jewelry. I like that the septum rings come with a carrying case which makes storing them easy. This set comes with 20 pcs and one of them wont unscrew but you can still wear it by gently inserting it in.
