After being a sufferer for years on holiday with prickly heat finding this product has been fantastic. Has great cooling features perfect to calm prickly heat rash and I’ve found using this along with the shower gel and lotion has helped me keep my prickly heat under control while on summer holiday. Defiantly worth a try.

I use this in the area around the bra band and around the groin area to help absorb perspiration. It's a fine powder, unlike some of the medicated powders on here which are gritty in texture. It feels silky and seems effective. Use it fairly lightly though - too much and you get a burning sensation. Keep it away from your bits and pieces!

I have suffered from prickly heat at home on the occasional extreme sunny days that we get in Northern Ireland and on warm summer holidays in Spain.. I get it after 1 day sunbathing on my chest, my hairline, my forearms, my ankles to name my most troublesome areas. the best way to describe it is large raised red welts and small pinhead pimples that make me feel like I am on fire along with an itch that would bring the dead back to life!! No amount of antihistamines or trying every sunscreen going didn’t help..It looks horrific and to be honest has ruined my holidays / summers for the past 25+ years… I thought it was something I would just have to live. Until I stumbled across this miracle powder !! Honestly I mean it.. this tin has just allowed me to enjoy a week in the sun, sunbathing and when I did feel a tingle on the first day.. bang on went the powder and wham!! Instant relieve and to be honest I swear overnight it reversed any reaction. I then from day two applied it as a preventative to my troublesome areas before my sunscreen and then again after I showered in the evening. Yes people mention the smell.. I could only describe it as menthol ( exactly like Vicks vapour rub) this smells disappears quickly after application. It’s a biggish tin and will do a few holidays depending on usage. Take my word for it.. I honestly can recommend this enough !!!

I can honestly say this is brilliant. I had severe prickly heat in Cyprus and a member of staff gave this for me to try and see if I had some relief.OMG it was great, the relief is instant. It's best used afer a shower or bath, but you can use it at any time. It's has a lovely menthol smell too.I had never even heard of it before until the lovely bar lady offered it to me for relief instead of using ice.😀
