I live in the United States and my granddaughter lives in Puerto Rico when she received the package the speaker was a lot smaller than shown. My granddaughter told me it doesn’t stay charged for long. She loves the speaker, but it doesn’t stay charged

Didn't take long to set up, I hooked my phone up to the Karaoke's Bluetooth then casted my phone to YouTube on the tv and found karaoke songs we could read lyrics through on the tv. Worked great we were singing Christmas songs in no time. Make sure you fully charge it if you plan on playing for a few hours. My kids had a blast and loved it. The speaker sound gets loud too if you need, not all that smooth but good enough for consumer equipment. Mics are nice and big like the pro's use. A really fun product for all ages. I'm realizing I'm not a good singer like I thought I was.

We found this to be kind of difficult to operate and one of the microphones didn’t even work right out of the package. Customer service was hard to deal with so decided trying to get it replaced was not worth it.

I’m posting this new review. The sent a replacement for the one microphone that isn’t working. I thought they’re just sending one replacement but they sent two. Now we have working 3 microphones. Amazing service!

Purchased this karaoke machine for fun after work and it has been a source of fun and laughter for all who have sang or heard people sing. I highly recommend this machine.

Pros: The sound and volume are ok. It is light in weight and I like the design. Great price under $20. I hope to try out the other features (TF Card, USB, AUX, MIC) soon to give an update.Cons: The first one I ordered had a defect. One of the microphones would not connect to the bluetooth. I had to get a replacement which does work. It only comes with a charging cable; no adapter to plug it into an outlet. 60-day warranty tells me it is not high quality.
