Love knives and rotating magnetic block holder. Knives are all very sharp. Rotating magnetic block holder is very nice on our kitchen counter and is already a conversation piece. Think great value for the price.Update: I've had these knives over three months now. I'm not a cutlery person. Just needed sharp knives to cut steak, etc. Syokami got great reviews and I liked the knife style, handles, the magnetic block rotary holder and the price was ideal. When knives arrived. Very sharp. Could cut through paper like a breeze. However after normal use, no longer as sharp. I must sharpen almost after every use to maintain sharpness. I've followed all instructions. No dishwasher and they are hand washed. Glad this set included the Knife sharpener, you will be using it often.

So I decided to wait a full year before i posted this review because in the past I would make a 5 star review after a month but then 2 months later would have to change my review to a lower rating. Luckily this product won’t have that fate. After a year of HEAVY use I can wholeheartedly say this product is GREAT. No rusting and only needed to sharpen the knives once in a whole year. Highly recommended this product. Great value for the price.

The shipment arrived promptly as indicated.The knives are nice looking and heavy enough. I like a well weighted knife and these, although not the best knives, are sufficient. But $150 is a great price for what I received. I mainly bought for the carousel holder. It doesn't take up too much room in the counter, yet allows me to have knives handy without having to stop and open a drawer when preparing dinner. I don't like stuff on my kitchen counters and this satisfies that OCDesque tendency.The knives perform well, and I am overall pleased with this product.

These are beautiful knives and super sharp. Very classy addition to our other set.

Terrific knife kitchen set that’s reasonably priced. Honestly we had our last set of knives from when my wife and I got married over 20 years ago. So, the fact that these new knives were well sharpened, it felt like cutting through warm butter. It’s a nice diverse set, and we’re enjoying use out of each knife in the set. No big complaints, you get what you pay for here. We’ll have to wait some time before durability shows whether they stand the test of time.
