Using this Smart Air Purifier for over a week and the air quality has improved noticeably. I am using it in my office room as its small so it doing its job. The room feels fresher with less dust. The True HEPA filter works great for allergens. my sneezing has reduced. Sleep quality is better thanks to the super quiet night mode. barely hear it running. Smart app control is really convenient. The build quality feels durable and solid. It tooks me 2 minute to configure the app and in app you can notice the pm levels into the app. It will take mostly 15-20 minute to show the air get cleaner. Noise level is impressively low even on medium speed. Highly recommend for cleaner home air.

I am reviewing it after day ..it is working very well. Its all function AI mode and Automode and app is working very well. It sleep mode donot disturb. Air. It is light weight.

Cons: 1. within two months the sensor started malfunctioning. Luckily my product is under warranty 2. Worst customer service: I tried to contact customer service from 29th July. Was busy with my work so couldn’t figure out the number as there is no direct number specified. The WhatsApp chat agent was giving some suggestions to try but nothing worked. 2.1 On 6th August I was able to contact customer service and they booked a technician visit on 8th. 2.2 Their customer care representative calls you but when you pick up no one answers. I had to call them back again after waiting for quite sometime they scheduled a technician visit on that day 2.3 the technician told me it’s beyond repair and it will be changed as it is under warranty within 7 days 2.4 one week passed no calls, no text no reply from their side. I call them again they say that their field agent has visited but not updated the problem so after updating someone will first pick up and then new item will be delivered. It will take 7 business days. That was on 13th August 2.4 Now they called me on Sunday 17th August when I picked up the call again no reply from their end. I called them back and they said from Monday that is 18th August please calculate 7 working days. She told I will BE SENDING YOU AN EMAIL ABOUT THE NECESSARY DETAILS ON WHICH DAY IT WILL BE PICKED UP and NEW DEVICE WILL BE DELIVERED. ITS BEEN 10 hours I didn’t receive any email 2.5 they will never send you details in an email and WILL ALWAYS TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO BELIEVE THEIR WORDS. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT IT, I will suggest TELL THEM I AM RECORDING YOU AND RECORD THEM. 2.6 THEY EVEN PUT YOU ON LONG WAIT HOURS during call. Disconnect them. Worst purchase Also the number they give via WhatsApp doesn’t connect and even if it connects no one picks up Pros: it works with Alexa so you can set up routine While it was working it’s okayish, in sleep mode fan speed reduces to 1 I guess so the sound is minimum at full speed it makes sound not heavy but kinda unpleasant. If my device gets changed I will update again.

Excellent air purifier! It noticeably improved the air quality in just a few hours. Quiet operation, sleek design, and very effective at removing dust and odors. Definitely worth the purchase!

Works fine but u need to run on full speed for it to work because of low 150 cadr, a little noisy on full speed but its okay, does clean air but takes time about 1-2 hr, bigger purifiers with 300 cadr cleans fast in 20-30 mins and keep noiseless run with low to medium speed. I had budget issue so i bought this , if u can go for qubo q400 at least, otherwise this is also fine but takes time, Works for now but lets see if it lasts long term or not, i run at full speed overnight in winter season when outdoor pm 2.5 is 300 microgram/m^3 , indoors was 130 it bought under 50 in 25 mins and then it was slow, anyways in morning i could feel air softer , usually it feel a little harsh due to outdoor pm 800 and indoor around 400, so i gues it works , also morning pm 2.5 reading was 6 .....i dont thinks its accurate but i ll say its close it was around 30-40 much better than no purifier and 300-400
