Very good packaging. The grinder comes with 3 different sizes which is perfect for pets with various nail sizes. The instruction manual is clear and useful. It only takes two tries to introduce the grinder to my dog, and he quickly gets comfortable to it. The design makes the tool easy to handle. It works so fast when you adjust the speed to 6, though I would definitely go slow at first, it’s overall quick and easy to finish the trimming. The low noise level was a game-changer, my dog remained calm throughout the grooming sessions. The dust cap is a thoughtful design, which helps maintain the surroundings clean. The thing that I like about the grinder is that the LED lights on the two sides are bright enough, so I can see my dog’s quick clearly. The grinder also comes with two extra grinding heads to support for a long time use. Love it and would highly recommend this to all paw friends!

Years ago I bought a cheap nail grinder to see if I could do this on my own and if my dogs were receptive to it as well. My dogs tolerate it and I no longer have the worries of cutting into the quick. So I finally broke down and bought a much more solid and expensive unit. This unit is quiet and powerful and gets the job done in half the time. I love it, however, my one complaint is that it does not go in reverse. I got used to filing my dogs nails a certain way but this one spins in the opposite direction which is so unnatural from the way I’ve been doing this. I am extremely disappointed with this one feature. But it’s a great tool and gets the job done and I highly recommend.

I took a chance on this grinder when it only had eight reviews, all positive. After using it four times, I'm adding another five stars. One of my dogs has extremely thick nails which appear to be quite sensitive, but she doesn't fight this grinder like she did the old one. She'll never be particularly thrilled, but she tolerates it very well. It's also much (much) quieter than the older Dremel I was using. It does run a little slower, but that's a fair trade off for not heating up as quickly. Perhaps that's why the sensitive one doesn't mind it so much. And the light is an awesome feature! I waited a long time to purchase a battery grinder because the reviews were pretty bad, especially if you had multiple dogs. I have three large dogs and can do them all in one sitting with no loss of power. I'm extremely happy I found this grinder and have zero purchase regrets. Edit -- I'm still loving this grinder, but I'm hoping this can help others with the slower grinding time. The stone grinding heads wear down quite quickly, so in desperation I tried taking a sandpaper sleeve from my old Dremel kit and putting it over the grinding stone of the Pedgogo. The sleeve is a bit larger than the grinding stone, so I first wrapped a piece of tape (any kind seems to work) around the grinding stone before pushing the sleeve on. The sandpaper works infinitely faster, which is a plus for all involved! I was ok with the grinding stones at first, but they just don't last long with larger dogs.

It worked well and I didn't have to recharge for quite awhile. But now I tried to recharge it and find that the cord to recharge it is the wrong one, its too big…QUITE THE RIP OFF THAT I GOT THE WRONG SIZE CORD. THE CHARGE LASTS A LONG TIME AND WHEN ITS TIME TO RECHARGE YOU FIND THAT OUT AND HAVE A HARD TIME TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT CORD. SO I GUESS THIS IS THEIR THING, MAKE YOU BUY A REPLACEMENT GRINDER PERIOD. GOOD CON

This is the best invention ever made. Our dog is 18, bind, deaf and has no teeth. He usually freaks out when we do his nails. He fights you every step of the way. We were afraid he was going to have a heart attach. Bought one of these and finally had the courage to try it out. All he did was bark at us through the whole nail trimming. The black cap comes off and the smaller cap over the file also comes off for longer nails. It is super quiet and has two lights on the end to see better. I would recommend this for any dog lover and their feisty pets.

Light weight. Sturdy. Easy to use. The quietness is very nice I put it in her toy area with it on low so she got use to it. It easy nice to be able to charge just like my phone. Multiple speeds enables me to use it on the Big girl's (Rottweiler) nails too. My little one, a yorkie, is ok with the sound & the feel of the vibration. I really love it saves me dog grooming cost. Comes with all the right tools & has a light so you can see what your doing.

Two Newfoundlands, a little on the larger side of Dogs….lol. Perfect the speed adjustment and the quiet operation work well…..this replaced another and I wish we found this one First!

Lo use en cuanto llego y la verdad es que estoy encantada. El material se siente bien y de buena calidad, pero lo que más me gustó es lo fácil de usar y el pequeño "Manual de usuario" qué incluyen. Mi mascota le tiene pavor a que le corten las uñas (la lastimaron muchas veces antes de adoptarla yo), y ahora solo con agarrarle las patas se pone a temblar. En el manual que incluyen, vienen algunos "tips" para ir ayudando a que tu mascota se adapte al limado, y la verdad ayudo muchísimo (aunque solo se dejó con las uñitas de una pata, yo lo tomo como victoria). De verdad, recomendadisimo!
